VRED Professional Software Optimization for Better Performance

Customer Challenge

Mahindra and Mahindra's challenge identified was that the the Autodesk VRED Professional 2022.3 update had some optimization issues which triggered a software performance degradation for them and it now took longer than usual to perform critical activities required for their company and deliver projects as per the scheduled timelines.

Project Goals

The goal of this project was to optimize the performance of the Autodesk VRED software solution after the patch updates were deployed and support the customer with their important project delivery and timelines.

Solution

Autodesk Solution Provider TATA ELXSI LIMITED suggested a solution to the customer which included a fresh installation of the software with necessary system specifications which includes the right OS Version, VRED Version, RAM Capacity, GPU model, CPU Model, hard disk space and more. Based on the diagnosis, the team recommended and performed a fresh, complete installation of the software for the customer.
