Con l'introduzione di Inventor sono stati ottimizzati i processi di progettazione e produzione.
MATTER oggi è in grado di realizzare prototipi accurati in poco tempo, abbattendo il rischio di errore e giungendo già in fase di progettazione a una versione perfettamente funzionante e vendibile.
La PDC ha notevolmente aumentato la flessibilità del workflow per ogni unità e divisione.
Grazie a Robot Structural Analysis Professional le strutture vengono facilmente predimensionate per le offerte di vendita.
Da Robot la struttura viene trasferita facilmente nel programma di disegno Autodesk Advance Steel, che consente di disegnare i nodi della struttura metallica e realizzare i disegni costruttivi dei pezzi pronti per essere realizzati dalle officine.
La collaborazione tra i prodotti Autodesk consente inoltre di convertire il modello Robot in file tipo *.stp o in formato *.sat, a seconda del livello di dettaglio richiesto e della dimensione del file di origine e di importarlo all’interno del modello di Inventor del macchinario.
In questo modo è possibile analizzare gli ingombri per valutare le interferenze dei macchinari arrivando allo studio complessivo della struttura e della macchina.
Grazie all’utilizzo quotidiano delle soluzioni Autodesk e degli ultimi aggiornamenti di Inventor 2023 e Revit 2023, MATTER oggi, è in grado di semplificare ulteriormente la gestione del processo di progettazione, e migliorare lo scambio di dati tra Inventor e Revit.
Le ultime evoluzioni dei software Autodesk utilizzati, hanno permesso quindi a MATTER di migliorare ulteriormente la personalizzazione delle soluzioni offerte, e di creare magazzini automatici modulabili e multiuso, che garantiscono tutte le funzionalità e i vantaggi di un grande impianto, anche in pochi metri quadri di spazio.
I software pensati per le esigenze di MATTER, hanno permesso all’azienda di migliorare il workflow e focalizzarsi sulle personalizzazioni per rispondere completamente ed in modo funzionale alle esigenze dei clienti dell’azienda. FMT s.r.l. wanted to adopt a complete, smooth and automated working methodology and utilities adaptable to the specific machines that were designed by the company, intervening in customizing the CAD better adapting it to their needs.
