They provide End to End Services to Real Estate investors such as PE fund, the legal expertise of a major law firm, the real estate expertise of a top developer and etc. They also provide investment opportunities specified to each market, with a strong presence in short-term rentals in developed countries, in addition to a variety of asset classes in India where the fastest growing major economy in the world. Not to mention that, they were looking for upskilling their visualization team to make optimum use of latest tools in Autodesk 3DS max.

Project Goals

Smart Owner Services wanted to apply on Autodesk 3DS max to make the process of property visualization and presentation to be more streamlined, able to visualize in high-quality and time efficient to be able to deliver more options to its customers in given time.
