Project goals

The project of SIMES is to dress with light the façade and common areas of Residenza Carlo Erba, a project of residential building in Milano. They identified some solutions to illuminate portions of the facade from top to bottom and the innovative Shape by SIMES instead enhanced the abutments of the upper windows. Managing BIM libraries of luminaires means to manage costs directly from the computation tables, dealing with a detailed list of items and costs that can be updated in real time.

Solution
