Autodesk Solution Provider Seiler has provided Kaw Valley Engineering with outstanding customer service. They are our supplier for our Trimble software, which our survey department utilizes, and therefore they were convenient for us to use for our Autodesk software. And based on their performance, we switched to using them for other software licensing as well.
Since switching to Seiler, we have been very pleased with their customer service, especially their responsiveness.
Our goal is for licensing to not be something we have to worry about. Seiler provides us service so we can focus on our business - not managing licensing packages.
We mainly use Autodesk Civil 3D, Vehicle Tracking, Hydraflow/Hydragraphs, Map and ReCap Pro.
Seiler is doing exactly what we expect from a Solution Provider. We have not had to use their assistance on any large AutoCAD issues. But I know that if anything were to come up, we could count on their assistance in solving the problem. They have been very helpful on other issues we have had with different software products.
What is most impactful for us is having that additional support. Support with managing our licensing, upgrading licensing in a fast efficient manor, and knowing that if we have issues arise we have resources that will help us until the issue is resolved.

Crawford Murphy & Tilly, Inc is an E & C firm with multiple offices spread across the Midwest & Southeast U.S. CMT has four separate and unique business units, each relying upon a Surveying Dept. providing accurate and essential field data to several project teams. After transitioning to Civil 3D, CMT retained 3rd-party software linked to their survey data to avoid field op's changes potentially disruptive to project teams. CMT wanted to lower software costs, while preserving data workflows.
Trimble MEP Trains Sales Engineers for Increased Retention
Trimble MEP is an MEP design services provider, contracting with their hardware and software install base to meet project deadlines. While Trimble has a high level of expertise in engineering and design, they realized that there were advanced features inside of Autodesk Revit that could greatly increase team productivity, and enhance intra-firm collaboration, and inter-firm collaboration with their key accounts.
Seiler Trains CRB Group Interns on Autodesk Revit
Over 20 summer Engineering/Architect interns were starting with no Revit training or knowledge for CRB Group. John Offield, from Autodesk Solution Provider Seiler Design Solutions, performed in-person Revit training for the CRB Group with a customized training outline, and our company standards were outlined as well.
