Founded in 1984, JK Architecture Engineering (JKAE) is a leading-edge architectural design firm offering expertise and sophistication within an intimate design studio atmosphere. When Charlie Swanton, ATG Account Executive, reached out to Anda Grenfell, Director of Business Services at JKAE, they were currently working with a different Autodesk reseller. “We were experiencing some unreliability with our reseller at the time. Their customer support and response times were very slow,” said Anda.
Project Goals
“ATG has been very proactive with our account management. We have over 30 licenses and, when we first started working with ATG, our license renewals were all due at different times. This made tracking them a daunting endeavor,” said Anda. JKAE’s primary goal was to change renewals to occur at the same time each year.
Solution
“I tasked Charlie with prorating and changing our renewals so they could occur at the same time each year, allowing us to track our expenditures for that time of year and allocate the appropriate IT needs for any upgrades,” said Anda.

“Customer service is everything to me”, concluded Anda. “I would absolutely refer ATG to another AEC firm. It speaks volumes when someone is willing to take time out of their day to reach out and assess what our needs are at the moment. Far too often, someone will sell you something and you will never hear from them again. This has never been the case with ATG”.
