Project goals

Microdesk was contracted to onboard and coordinate Navisworks Manage and Revit for use by Langlas internal staff and external subcontractors. The goal of the partnership was to provide Langlas with the tools and technical know-how required to execute complex tasks within a virtual space, streamlining physical construction, reducing change orders, and allowing for scheduling adjustments during construction.

Solution

Navisworks Manage and BIM 360 Glue were employed for clash detection and reconciliation while Revit was utilized for 3D visualization between Langlas professionals, subcontractors, and Microdesk consultants.
