Customer Challenge

“When our teams worked in the office, new staff would sit with veteran engineers to learn about the software products we use, like Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, InfraWorks, Navisworks, and Vehicle Tracking, as well as Bluebeam Revu,” said Will Pinson, Director of Civil Engineering. “With everyone working remotely, we really needed a new process to train new employees.”

Project Goals

H&M Company needed a solution that offered their newly remote workforce the ability to self-enroll in courses, options for their Directors to assign courses their teams needed, as well as the ability for managers to monitor their employee's learning progress. The ability for the managers to keep an eye helped them step in if an issue arose and help the employee.

Solution

ProductivityNOW is IMAGINiT’s searchable library of self-paced, video-enhanced eLearning courses that include practice exercises and quizzes to quickly get engineers, designers, and others up-to-speed on the software they need to perform their jobs efficiently and effectively. It also provides access via phone, email, and chat to IMAGINiT’s support team. H&M Company uses it to help keep their team on top of their Autodesk software including Autodesk Civil 3D, InfraWorks, and Vehicle Tracking. Additionally, they use it to learn about new tools like BIM 360 Design.

Business Outcome
