Eine besondere Herausforderung liegt in der anspruchsvollen Topografie, die große Erdbewegung erfordert: Die Planer rechnen mit einem Volumen von rund 350.000 m³ Auf- und Abtrag beim Anlegen der Terrassenstruktur.
