Customer Challenge

K. Raheja Corp. Ltd. is a leading Real Estate Developer firm based in India that has been doing large projects across the country with well experienced in-house teams. During the interaction with Genesis Infoserve, we have learned that the K Raheja Corp Design team was looking to up-skill its Design team on Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit.

Project Goals

The goal was to make the process of digitization of design more effective through use of the latest tools available in AutoCAD and Revit 2022.

Solution

Genesis Infoserve Pvt. Ltd., as the Autodesk software and Service Provider, interacted with their Design team, identified specific needs and offered Revit Up-skill Training and Technical support for improving BIM adoption and skills with the new tools and capabilities of Revit for the users. Genesis also provided the team with information on data management tools like Autodesk BIM Docs and Collaborate to streamline the design workflow for projects done on AutoCAD, Revit and other software.

Business Outcome

The training on the latest Autodesk solutions has benefitted them in getting properly detailed and accurate drawings and BIM models for internal reviews and client presentations and managing design collaboration workflow across the teams more effectively.

Conclusion

K Raheja CAD and BIM users now are able to review Revit models and deliver projects with better coordination across disciplines, and use Autodesk software to a higher capacity for project reviews and coordination of design projects in both 2D and 3D.
