Blue Star Ltd, is an Indian multinational home appliances company, headquartered in Mumbai, India. This company manufactures air conditioners, commercial refrigeration systems, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire-fighting) components with over 78 years of experience. It is the country's second-largest home-grown player in the air conditioning space.

They faced the challenges in the mechatronics module that required a solution. They identified requirements from a discovery session to understand how the ideal toolset will work, specifically in electrical. They needed to understand how to generate BOM, how to use mechatronics, and auto-generation of drawings in their projects. Apart from this, the one issue which they were facing for the past 6 months is related to firewall and design creation. Also, the current software solution was performing quite slowly - around 2 hours to complete the design creation process.

For the mechatronic module, we gave them advanced training on that particular topic. We also supported them with the installation of the free trial version of AutoCAD electrical software.

For the issue identified with BIM Collaboration Pro, we partnered with Autodesk to resolve the issue. The Autodesk Support Team gave the solution to the customer to increase the RAM size of the system 20X Times more than the current which is practically not possible because the system has already a size of 64GB RAM. The expectation of the customer on this is to set a proper workflow for the BIM Collaboration Pro solution.

Trisita Engineering implemented a technical workshop for the Autodesk 3D tools deployed. After implementation of this project, TATA STEEL Design & Engineering teams can now effectively use Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro, Revit, and other 3D tools from Autodesk for their project work.
