Jindal Stainless Ltd had four primary goals. First it would be to have access to reliable post processors for complex milling MACHINE which supported kinematics of more than 5 Axis. Next would be to streamline NC program generation for all Robots & CNC machines using a single programming software. In addition to that, able to identify areas within current production setup and implement efficient programming techniques to save time and cost. Lastly would be deliver in-house training for staff and reliable after sales support.
After an initial meeting and review, set out meeting with users & management at JSL, based on requirements posted by customer application engineers from Trisita visited customer and collated machine details for which post processor had to be configured, a trial was conducted on a sample component provided by JSL and software capabilities were showcased.
