What Will You Learn Today?

by Michelle Rasmussen, AEC Content Manager, Autodesk on August 28, 2019

To leverage the full power of the Autodesk tools, AEC professionals need to master the two key elements: (1) how to use the key features of the products and (2) how to apply the technology in the context of real projects. The first aspect is covered in-depth by in-product tutorials, online help, and training provided by Autodesk partners. Industry best-practices remain a less developed space.

The new connected learning experience on the customer success hub covers how to apply key Autodesk technologies on a hypothetical AEC project. We recently launched this new learning experience to connect architects, civil engineers, and BIM managers together. The courses are designed to help you learn how to better collaborate across a BIM workflow using the software you already own.

All of the courses are project based so that you can practice what you are learning using datasets that we provide. In addition, the courses use the same project dataset to simulate working with other disciplines while enjoying a self-paced learning environment. In as little as 15 minutes per day, you can learn new skills and increase your effectiveness on the job.

I would love for you to check it out and let us know what you think. To do that, just fill out the survey at the end of each course. This is how we will better understand if the courses are too easy, too difficult or just right? Do they contain the right amount of information? More specifically, we want to gain a better understanding of what you need to learn to do your job better, faster, and with less. Don’t hesitate, check it out today at www.autodesk.com/connected-learning. Did you like what you see? Are there other topics you’d like to learn about? Let us know through the feedback form in the upper right corner of the page.
