So why is process management important?

The reason you implement the PLM system for process management,

The equipment they sell is used to produce materials like coffee, cereal, icing, and medicine tablets.

This is a company that was using Vault for their product data management.

Document control and change management were major challenges in Hosokawa's business.

They once described a horror story situation of sending a drawing to manufacturing,

changing the drawing the next day and then getting equipment manufactured to the wrong drawing weeks later.
