Success Plan: Information Management for Buildings Maturity 1
This success plan was specifically built for you and your team as you learn how you can benefit from manual data enrichment and assigning data/information to modelled elements in core authoring software files.
Course modules
You will learn how to be more efficient by creating room data sheets that automatically populate information from rooms, masses and other native Revit components.

Welcome to Leveraging the I in BIM Through Revit Parameters. Information, the “I” in BIM (Building Information Modeling) is one of the most powerful aspects of Revit. Basically, if you need information from the model, you access it using parameters.
The focus of this module is to leverage the I in BIM using schedules in Revit. Schedules in Revit can be used for working drawings, as well as analyzing and organizing your project. Creating schedules grabs the Information, the “I” in BIM (Building Information Modeling), from parameters and presents it in a logical format.
The focus of this module is to leverage the I in BIM using custom parameters in schedules in Revit. Schedules can include custom project, shared, calculated, and combined parameters that can stretch the information provided by your Revit model.
