Exercise: Define Exchange Information Requirements

Objective

Task 1: Define and establish the lead appointed party’s Exchange Information Requirements after the appointing party’s Exchange Information Requirements have been established and the delivery team has confirmed a BIM Execution Plan.

1. Establish your Exchange Information Requirements for each appointed party.

2. Combine all Exchange Information Requirements to establish a coherent and coordinated set of information requirements for information production and delivery.

3. When engaging internal teams, establish a clear schedule of information requirements as though it was a formal appointment.
