Process change requests and change orders inside Vault Pro
Some key aspects to learn before using change orders in Vault Professional to control the release of new designs or changes to designs include Vault Professional’s built-in change order workflow states and the roles assigned to each state. This course teaches users how to set up and configure Vault Professional’s change order workflow in order to create and process change orders.
By the end of this course, you should be able to:

In this module, you will learn the change order process used in Vault Professional to manage the release of the designs, as well as the setup involved for the change order process and the configuration options available.
A change order role is assigned to each Vault user participating in the change order process. In this module, you will learn about the activities that each change order role performs at each state of the change order workflow from the change order’s creation through to its closure.
