Easier invite

Improved single invite option and copy and paste option.



Streamlined assign and unassign access workflow

Changing checkboxes to assign and unassign button to increase visibility and reduce errors.



Single sign-on (Premium and Enterprise)

We are enabling our customers to establish SSO between their identity management systems and Autodesk products and services. With SSO, we provide you better security controls and your users will be able to log in with a single credential to access all our products and services.

Teams (Limited first release)

With teams, you can now keep your subscriptions and users in separate lists. Organize subscriptions and users according to company divisions, projects, personal and work, or any other organizational need. You can delegate admins to manage specific teams of users, track renewals back to users, and analyze seat usage by team. Only available to admins with certain organizational needs, will make more readily available soon. If you would like to be part of this limited initial launch and need access to Teams, please contact Client Services.

We are constantly working to provide flexible control and insights, so you can better manage your users and business.


Are all seats assigned?

See which products are under-assigned on your Autodesk Account home so you can make the most of your investment and utilize all your seats (only visible if you have under-assigned products).

View and export product usage

Gain visibility of your users to best support their needs. See an aggregate summary of how many users are using each product and version, and the overall frequency of use.


View Assignments data in seat usage reporting

See the number of assigned users you have for each product so you can optimize usage of your subscriptions.


Seat Usage reporting now available for Fusion 360

Fusion 360 joins the other products supported by seat usage reporting. Admins of Fusion 360 can get visibility into the usage of their users and make the most out of their Fusion 360 subscriptions.

New single product deployment tool

Instead of downloading installer to set up deployment configuration, the cloud-based tool in Autodesk Account lets you configure custom deployment packages so you can download only what you need. Currently only available for Maya 2020, 3DSMax 2021, and VRED 2021 on Windows.

Upload a .csv file to add a large number of users at once.




Recent purchase tile

Easily download updates for the current version of your recently purchased products from the Home Page instead of going to Products & Services page.

View and export product usage with user details (Premium)

See which individual users are using each product and version, and their frequency of use.

We are focused on making it easier for you to access our products and updates.

New, Faster Install for Maya 2020, 3DS Max 2021, VRED 2021, AutoCAD for Mac 2021

To avoid long waiting periods that slow down your business, you can now start running the product before installation has fully finished and choose to download only the components you need. Decrease your 3ds Max 2021 launch time from 11 to 5 minutes, your VRED launch time from 6 to 4 minutes.

Add updates to your deployments

Choose which version you want to include and add updates to your deployments configured with the Autodesk Account deployment tool. For Windows only.

Active Directory Group Sync (Premium and Enterprise)

You can connect your Active Directory with Autodesk Account and sync groups you’ve set up, so users are automatically added, and assigned or unassigned product access when they join or leave a group.


User Management export

Export your user list information in .csv with name, email address, role, assigned products, and status.

We are constantly working to provide flexible control and insights, so you can better manage your users and business.

Export all contract data

Instead of exporting all of your contracts and subscriptions one at a time, soon you will be able to access all of your contract and subscription data with one click to easily track all of your Autodesk payments.

Export all User Assignment data

Quickly export all of your subscriptions and the users assigned access to use them.

Recommendations and insights

Get smart recommendations on how to best assign users, purchase licenses to help you work more quickly and efficiently in Autodesk Account.

3. Install

We are focused on making it easier for you to access our products and updates.

Multi-Product Deployment

Expanding our Single Product Deployment tool in Account to let you create a deployment for multiple products or for an industry collection. So instead of downloading an installer to set up deployment configuration, this cloud based tool in Autodesk Account allows you to configure custom deployment packages before you download so you can download only what you need.

Include update in deployment

Update your deployment to include the latest updates and choose which software version you would like to include in your deployment.

Save, edit, and manage deployments

Instead of managing deployments locally on your network, manage them in the cloud so you can create variations on deployments for different sets of users and save custom configurations for future deployment packages.
